Cara Hackley was amazing! She helped us from beginning to end. Fast communication, friendly and will go to bat for you. She went above and beyond for us. We would have never been able to get our first home with out her. Thank you so much Cara!!!!
We called Cara in when other realtors could not get it done. Honestly, they couldn’t get it started. As soon as we called Cara, she was 100% invested in helping with what we needed, great advice, and ability to cover the gaps we didn’t know existed. She’s dedicated, a hard worker, and incredible depth of knowledge in the industry. From staging, to professional photography, to cutting grass when needed to help the house sale, Cara is an angel from heaven.
From the start Cara showed a direct get to the facts attitude about her job sat down laid out what direction she thought would provide the results I was looking for to achieve a reasonable result and in the the end that proved to be the decision that concluded with a successful sale of the property
Contract on house in Arlington, TX to Big State Home Buyers to help pay owner's medical bills. Apparently, they will sell the contract to this woman. The official closing is next week. I was at the house yesterday. Never heard of Cara, but she sent Elias, a contractor, to tour the house for repairs--without my permission. Her text to Elias was: "we have a flip". Never heard of him. Cara is AMAZING!! I have never experienced the pleasure of working with someone so dedicated and SO knowledgeable about their job. Cara knows so much and makes sure to fight for you in getting you the most money and not letting anyone take advantage of you. She also works her tail off staging homes with the most perfect decor. She is a pro on ALL facets of real estate. I am so thankful for Cara! She is the best!!
