He's very professional and explained my injury in great detail. He gave me the pros and cons of treatment, bot surgical and nonsurgical. I would definitely recommend others to him.
We own 7 over grown acres, over the past 11 years we have cleared this land by hand. Because of this, I have had Dr. Greco perform surgery twice on each of my shoulders. My wife has had each of her shoulders restored through surgery by Dr. Greco. My neighbor was recently told by another orthopedic doctor in Decatur that he needed a complete shoulder replacement. Last week Dr. Greco performed surgery on his shoulder and my neighbor now has more pain free movement ten days after surgery than prior to the surgery- enough said!

I feel Dr Greco is an excellent surgeon and definitely an intelligent man who knows his field. In consult, he struggles to listen to the patient. He did a fantastic job on my surgery. I found him lacking in post-op care. He fixated on the information he wanted to impart and just did not hear what I was saying about some abnormal pain I was having. I left the office feeling chided about my lack of progress and ignored about my current pain. Totally discounted me.
Excellent physician. Very patient and willing to listen to all your needs. He took care of a 9 year old injury on my shoulder that doctors in KY after seven surgeries could not due to a horse accident. Saying thank you will never be enough. I would so highly recommend him to anyone.
I am using Dr. Greco for my surgery this month , PCL reconstruction surgery and meniscus and more . He has gone out of his way to see me twice to discuss this surgery and I brought my husband on my second appointment . He specializes in this particular reconstruction PCL surgery . My husband had knee surgery. He had four office visits and he had to wait up to two and a half hours before he was seen. The shortest wait was 30 minutes when we finally left since there were still patients in front of us that had not been taken back. The rereceptionist said that was normal. Unless you have a lot of free time, I would recommend selecting another physician.
Dr Greco didnt listen to me. I went to someone else and got the treatment I needed and the surgical repair I was being denied.
Dr Greco is fantastic tells you like it is and fixes the problem, I'm about to go in for my left shoulder as soon as my right one is ready for full use .
