I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. ****, an employee tried to charge me $1300 to have my brakes replaced. **** told me my brakes were in terrible shape and needed to be replaced immediately. I went to another mechanic, this mechanic informed me that my brakes were fine and didn't need to be replaced until another 6 months. I gave my **** ***** CRV for oil leak repair. they did horrible job and didn't fix my ************ me heavy saying that they put lot of effort to find an issue. at least I can drive before going to this Carx location now its totally broken because of them. and stuff here is very very very very rude. they asked me to pay for breaking my car.
my daughter at college needed a new battery, not realizing how much a new car battery should cost, walked out with a $475.00 total bill for the battery. Called the store asking about the charges and said there was nothing they could do as that is the price that is generated by their system. He said it is what it is. I will tell her never to use this place if she ever has any more problems
Almost killed my family. Pictures should be allowed on here. *** not use this company. I tried talking to corporate they don't respond. Got a call saying your car is done and ready to go. They told me it was tough. In reality the job was never done. They almost killed my family (law suit pending). Attached are the pictures of how they sent me home. You can see the wrench marks. Please use anyone but this company. I'll be adding more later...

On 9./23 ************** filed a complaint with our office after he had an alignment done at our location in ************, **. After picking up his car he claimed that a bolt had snapped off on a rear wheel arm. He stated that he was having his car fixed someplace else and asked for his money back. I went to CarX in ******* ******** for a wheel alignment on 6/21/22. After the service was done I wasn't given a print out of the alignment specs. I drove the car for a little over a month tires screeched at almost every turn and handled awful. I went to do a tire rotation and my tires are wearing horribly, inside of the tires are almost bald. Took it back to CarX in ******* on 8/2/22 and this time I requested a print out, the manager claimed that the printer was broken. After 20 mins or so he came back with a broken wrench ... read more

On 6/21 our guest came to Car-X in ******* for a wheel alignment. We followed our normal procedure making sure that the front end parts were tight and the alignment could be done safely. We aligned the vehicle and customer left with their car. A month later our guest returned, stating his rear tires were wearing unevenly, He rotated the tires to the front and asked us to re-check the alignment. I purchased tires from this company a couple weeks ago. Be expected to pay for their Lifetime Install Package which cost me $123.96 extra. Nowhere was it stated on their site that you must pay for this with the tires nor was I aware until I received the invoice after they tried to throw away the estimate they originally gave me. In all the years Ive been purchasing tires, no company has made me pay for any special features with tires. This to me sounds like a bait and hook for business.

Our Car-X representative spoke to ****************. It was explained to him the lifetime tire install is not an "extra" or "warranty" but rather it is the cost to mount, balance and install the tires and is required if we are the ones installing the tires. Sincerely,********* ****************
Paid $ *******. at ne14th in ********** **** for repairs they " said it needed " . Unfortunately immediately after picking the vehicle up the problem was still there and told " company ************* since whom I was told is no longer at the company ) . I went to Car-X and they put a aftermarket muffler on charge me 250 and then added another 175 for modification and gave me a warranty on the muffler tailpipe was rusted and they did not recommend that I replace the the pipe so now they're telling me I need to a new pipe after doing the work seems to me like the worker was telling the manager how to run the business after weeks of getting work with them I'm riding around they tailpipe hanging off my truck after spending $400
I went to ***** for an oil change because I had a coupon. This was my first trip to the **************, ***********, ** location. Their checkup of the rest of the vehicle yielded the following: front link pins and outer tie rods were 'blown out'. I had thought I had just replaced the tie rods 8 months earlier at another location, so I took my vehicle back to that location so they could review it.
