Excellent, honest service – Car-X in Castleton always provides friendly, honest service with a smile. When I take my car here, they ALWAYS provide high quality service, and they are honest about what needs to be repaired. I usually end up paying less than what I expect. When I talk to the mechanic, I feel like my little brother is telling me about my car - even though I don't know the guy. Great Place for Vehicle Service – We all know how difficult it is to find an honest service repair shop. You bring your vehicle in for a repair and the next thing you know you get a long list of things that need to be repaired. Having a very old truck, I was a little hesitant to bring it in; but I was determined to say no when this list was presented to me. These guys were GREAT! They did my repair quickly and efficently. The only place in Indy where I will take my car – I moved to Indianapolis and had no idea of where to get my car worked on. Living in Castleton, I stumbled in to the Car-X on 82nd street. These guys are the most honest, efficient mechanics I have ever come across. Driving an older car with quite a few miles, I expect mechanics to throw me everything in the book when I take my car in, with estimates of astronomical proportions. Not these ones!
