I had the absolute best experience recently at Xpress Pro Plainfield..Darian was the technician and was very efficient and kind. Fast service with attention to detail. The manager Clinton greeted me when I arrived and was so friendly. It went so smoothly ! He went over my bill in detail with me..thank you for these caring employees We will bring all of our vehicles to this location now ❤️
This Xpress Pro on East Washington Street, is the only place where I feel I can trust that I won't get the run around. The store manager Paul is awesome! He really listens & always takes great care of my vehicle. I love that he explains to me in detail any issues going on with it & is very transparent with the cost of any repairs.
