In April I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and a brake inspection. I was previously at Belle Tire on East Washington and was told I needed all four brakes replaced for $995. Kurtis, the assistant manager, greeted me. He was very nice and polite. I sat down in the waiting room thinking in my head, "Oh no, how much is this going to cost me today?
