Horrible Customer Service Skills Here... – Have to say that this might be the worst customer service I have seen in a while - both on the phone and in person. I needed a new wiper motor on my car, thunderstorms were 100% chance that day so needed to get them done. They clearly ripped me off after further investigation on cost of this fix. Squeezed me in at the end of the day!! – I've never had a vechicle with over 100,000 miles, so I was anxious to have any necessary work done to keep the vehicle going as long as possible. It needed titanium spark plugs and wires so I called around to several locations, including several Car-X locations. The one on 86th Street had the best price and they were able to fit me in that afternoon, while I waited! Excellent, honest service – Car-X in Castleton always provides friendly, honest service with a smile. When I take my car here, they ALWAYS provide high quality service, and they are honest about what needs to be repaired. I usually end up paying less than what I expect. When I talk to the mechanic, I feel like my little brother is telling me about my car - even though I don't know the guy. Horrible Service and Manager! – Worst place ever! The Manager doesn't understand respect and common courtesy. I don't understand why Car X has people like that "managing" the place. I don't remember his name, it's the old guy. I went in to get my converter replaced. Once that was done, my car was making louder noises and puffing a foul smelling engine odor. WORST SHOP EVER!!! – I bought a groupon for this place thinking it was a good deal and location worked well enough for my gold coast base. I tried to have my b/f take the car in a couple of times during the week while I was working, and every time he'd come back after they said the car has to be in by 9am, and then it could be picked up after 5pm (kind of absurd). non cooperative and cannot be trusted – Had a Groupon from Them. Went in for Oil Change, Tire rotation and a set of Wiper blades. Issue 1- Non-Co-operative or adjusting to customer needs. This is not the first time, but they refused to give me wiper blades and insisted on putting them on Car. Then I asked them to Put my old blades in car (as they still had life in them) They misplaced the Hooks that fit those blades on (I suspect intentionally). Stay Away. Far Away!!!! – Stay Away!!!!!!!! Horrible service. I had a set of struts replaced and within 3 weeks they failed. I had another set installed and all was good for about a year. Started hearing the familiar noise in the front and since I had a coupon for a free 100% inspection from my dealer, I took it there and all they found were that it needed was belts and indeed new struts. Knowledgeable Mechanics – I took the car in first thing in the morning and it was done mid-day for well under $200. My a/c fixed. For under $200. These guys are legitimately honest, knowledgeable mechanics.

Call me another happy customer. Came in for all new tires. I was in and out in about 45 minutes, though I can understand if they'd take longer since a lot people like this place. I've since brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotations. Excellent service.
