Worst experience ever as soon as the owner got involved. I had everything worked out with the Sales Manager and came up just to do a buyers order while they fixed the items we agreed on. The owner then came and changed the price of the vehicle without telling his sales girl, his Sales Manager or myself. When I questioned the price change, he told me he could change it again even with the buyers order and the could/would sell it to someone else, again, even with a buyers order. We shopped for 2 days around the Baltimore D.C. area and had given up all hope until we pulled in and was greeted like family. And the reason why is because they are a family. From the owner to the techs to the detail crew. They all care about what they do and it shows in there cars and their workmanship. I had an amazing experience with the whole staff at at Car Web! They were nothing but helpful and friendly! We called ahead to ask about a vehicle they had and when we arrived they had the car ready to go. When we found a few things that needed to be fixed before purchasing there was no hesitation in getting it taken care of. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to Car Web to anyone!!
