I went to Car Web because of the great reviews I had read on multiple platforms on peoples experiences with them. I purchased a Maserati from CarWeb. The customer service and communication are severely lacking. I found the car online and had it shipped. They did not properly disclose the condition of the vehicle. The car was delivered needing to be fully serviced. There were sensors and alerts that were obvious to notice and should have either been corrected before selling or properly disclosed.
