This sucks. We had over 300 dollars left on our Car Wash gift cards and the new ownership will not honor these, nor do we have any means to get our money back. Essentially were told to take a hike. Starting off with terrible customer service right off the get go. Don’t waste your money or time. Just go to Pony Express car wash. Local owners and much better customer service.

This location is by far the worst in my opinion. The staff were too lazy to put out dry towels/dirty towel bins. All the employees were on their phones and were dismissive about my questions. Won’t be going to this location again

If you value your car, I wouldn’t recommend going to Rubber Ducky Car Wash. I owned a membership at Rubber Ducky, and had been using their car wash exclusively since I bought my car. My car, a Kia Sportage, sustained clear coat damage on the hood and roof. I visited the manufacturer’s body shop and they said that there wasn’t a recall or anything for that year and model of car for clear coat issues, and there’s a probability it was caused by a car wash, and the quote to repair was $3,025 in December 2024!
