This was my second time coming to this car wash. The first time I came, two people washed my car, and they did an extremely thorough and impressive job. It was so clean that this time I was willing to drive 30 minutes just to come back and enjoy their service again. However, this time only one man washed my car, and the job was not done very well. I brought my Toyota JZX100 Mark II in on January 14th, 2026 around 2 PM. The employee I dealt with was friendly and professional. However, I noticed he sprayed a chemical onto my dry wheels, both on the faces and inside the barrels. Based on the results, I strongly believe a degreaser or acidic product was used. My wheels are polished chrome Work Meister wheels, and they were not heavily dirty only light brake dust.
