Specialties Car Vision started as a husband and wife team. Small with about 20 cars on the lot, we were one of the first car dealerships to put pictures of our cars on the internet. Today, our inventory grew, but our customer service standards remain that of a smaller, husband and wife dealership. We're not like other dealers who forget about you after the sale. Pressure-free I will give 5 stars to this dealership because our experience was everything we were looking for and nothing less!! Honest with me! This dealership has a very expansive selection. We had been to many different dealers in the Philadelphia area (and surrounding areas) and we were very pleased to find Car Vision in Norristown. We knew what we wanted and exactly what we were willing to pay. We appreciated the fact that there were no hidden add-on fees . Our salesman was upfront and honest from start to finish. It is obvious that Car Vision cares about their customers and not just their business.
Thank you! I really felt like I got a fair deal on my 2013 Ford Fusion hybrid. The salesman worked very hard to find the exact model with all of the features that I was looking for. Negotiations weren t at all brutal, but instead reasonable. Andrea was readily available at all times and even gave us a reminder about our appointment with a confirmation call the day before. Best pricing! Bought a new Acura from here last week and then decided to recommend this dealer to a friend who bought a similar car. They found myself (and my friend) the best pricing available. Sales guy responded quickly to my email inquiry which led me to buying a car AND referring someone else. I also liked how organized the place was.

Great dealership Great dealership. Did not overwhelm me with pressure to buy before I was done with my research. I was able to go at my own pace with things which is the only way I believe in doing business with a company or an organization.
WOW! I told Carvision what I would pay for my car and they met my price! The rest of the process was efficient and professional. Frank really knew what he was talking about and didnt provide any details that werent 100% accurate. We were offered excellent customer service in a timely manner.
