Specialties Car Vision started as a husband and wife team. Small with about 20 cars on the lot, we were one of the first car dealerships to put pictures of our cars on the internet. Today, our inventory grew, but our customer service standards remain that of a smaller, husband and wife dealership. We're not like other dealers who forget about you after the sale. Fantastic I got all the information over the internet. I compared miles, prices, everything. When I went to the dealership, everything was as it had said online. No hidden costs or add on fees. I was shown true customer service and have found a new dealership that will now be my go-to place when it comes to my car.
World Class I recently purchased a used 2009 Ford Escape with the assistance of Frank. There were only two Fords with the features I wanted, the Escape being one of them. Frank hussled the price down for me. He even sent pictures to my e-mail the night before! The deal was processed in a professional manner and all I had to do was show up, fill out some paper work, and before I knew it I was in my Ford Escape driving home! Without Frank's attention to detail and personal touch I would have probably waited to buy it.
Efficient and understanding! Very few dealers in my experience meet the criteria to be called outstanding. I have shopped in several states and only a select few are completely honest at all times. I sent an e-mail to the Car vision dealership requesting information and pricing late at night. When I woke up the next morning, I had an immediate response from Andrea and she set up an appointment at my earliest convenience. Efficient and understanding.
Recommended I recently made a purchase. The service was great, they had what we were looking for and the staff was friendly. We recommend them to everyone.
Smooth sailing I bought a used car here. I told the salesman I specifically wanted a stick shift, not an automatic. He shared their "stick shift" vehicle inventory with me. We then went on the lot to look at the cars he had just shown me. It was smooth sailing from there after I was able to test drive the cars and get a feel for them! I found it easy to navigate around the lot and was appreciative that Rohan was able to assist me with everything, including the paperwork.
Painless! I researched the car I wanted. Walked in, showed Andrea the car I wanted and why and an hour and a half later, I walked out the door with my new car keys. Didnt give me any problems, showed me different cars (just in case), and didn't even sell me things I did not want. Excellent and painless and that's a first for me at an auto-dealer!
Thanks Ken I hate buying cars however I needed a car. I knew that Carvision had some of the cars I was interested in so I went in to look at them. The first thing I told them was that I was just looking and that I wouldn't work with a pushy salesperson. Luckily, I worked with someone who listened and was the farthest thing from pushy! Ken even made me laugh a few times. I loved it here.
Great experience My experience at Carvision was fantastic. My salesperson, David was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle that he sold me, a 2012 Ford. My next vehicle will be bought from him, because he made my experience very easy. I will reccomend the dealership and David.
Altogether impressed We bought a used car for our son recently. We decided to let him go to the dealership by himself. We were very impressed with the way Car Vision worked with him.
