Specialties Car Vision started as a husband and wife team. Small with about 20 cars on the lot, we were one of the first car dealerships to put pictures of our cars on the internet. Today, our inventory grew, but our customer service standards remain that of a smaller, husband and wife dealership. We're not like other dealers who forget about you after the sale. I bought an Audi and carfax was clean just like they said it was. The staff was great,, they're very well experienced and know what they're doing. I have been using the car for several months now and never had a problem since, I highly recommend carvision.
We bought a honda accord in carvision by 2013 . When we bought the car carfax was clean. After a year when we tried to sell the car we said no accident history. It was shock when a dealer said , you have accident history. We bought the car by oct and the car accident was registered by december 2013 after we bought . So pls watch your step before buying the cars in carvision.
Bait and switch at it's worst, today is now Monday I was looking for a new car on Saturday I found a few that caught my attention from Car vision. I called today Monday only 36 hours later after I first saw the adds for the cars I wanted to schedule a showing it was scheduled same day. When I arrived to car vision in Norristown the prices suddenly raised to my surprise, I enquired to the sales rep why the sudden change, his response was "we have a App that does our pricing and are subject to change daily possibly hourly". Salesman Wilmer Reyes knew so much information about the various different cars at Carvision. He made sure we knew all of the minor and major details about the cars we were looking at. He included the pros and cons. We LOVE our new Acura!
