Specialties Car Vision started as a husband and wife team. Small with about 20 cars on the lot, we were one of the first car dealerships to put pictures of our cars on the internet. Today, our inventory grew, but our customer service standards remain that of a smaller, husband and wife dealership. We're not like other dealers who forget about you after the sale. No pressure I love Carvision! Their sales team, maintenance department, everything. I was a bundle of nerves going to buy a new car for the first time in many years. But I came away from Carvision having the best car buying experience of any in the past. Contrell Jones was professional, courteous and honest in his dealings with me as a new car buyer. He answered all of my questions directly and never made me feel pressured to make a purchase.
The prompt reply and willingness to do whatever it took to make the deal possible was what drew me in at Carvision. Tom and Pat R. were also excellent and very easy to deal with. It was not the normal car buying nightmare that you encounter at other dealerships. Keep up the great philosophy.
Awesome At Carvision I was able to test drive the car I was looking at just to see if I liked how it felt and I fell in love. We were greeted by a sales guy named Keith Penny who was so knowledgeable about all the parts of the car. We took a few days to think about it and decided we had to have it. Professional, well-informed and hospitable. All of our questions and concerns were answered at Car Vision. We were given fair prices on our trade-in and were offered excellent prices on our new vehicle. Additionally, we had our picture taken for their Facebook page! All around a great experience.
