Had heard good stuff. Payed for an factory amp bypass. Upon leaving was told my radio display (touchscreen) is now defective. Was working just fine and installer admitted was working prior to. Lady got extremely rude and told me to buy a new one.

1. the customer service sucks 2. they are not competent in the work they do when it comes to car audio. I will make it a point to educate everyone not to visit you business.

I had Car Stuff install focal speakers, focal amp and a kenwood radio that i purchased from them. I was amazed at how clean it turned out. The install looked top notch and the sound is absolutely amazing!! Fine job fellas!
Got to give a big thank you to Brad. I needed 2 new speakers on my ryker . I got home ran into a problem went back up Brad showed me how I messed up. I bought 2 more and asked Brad how much to just have him put them in he gave me a price I told him to go ahead and do it. After he got done he hooked up a mid range to show me how much better it would sound. I live 2 minutes from another well known audio place but 15 miles 22 minutes to go over to see Brad and his team is well worth the drive . And I respected the man today bec... read more
