Brad and Curtis and the employees there do business the way business has been done for decades....they still use the motto as if we were still in the 70's where the customer is treated like they are the only one and they bend over backwards to make sure your happy. My boyfriend and I got new speakers installed in our car and they basically installed them wrong. They kept telling us that there was nothing wrong with it, when you could clearly hear how bad is sounded. We had to go to a different shop to get it fixed and found out they broke one of the speakers and left wires exposed. The owner refuses to give us any sort of refund and basically told us to go fuck our selves because we had to take it to a different shop. I mean... can you blame us for going somewhere else?????
Never go to this shop I had 2018 honda civic sport. Wanted them install door speakers and components on amplifier cost 740 plus 250 in install fees. They bent the ring on speaker when they installed and didn't even add a rubber guard where they drilled through fire wall to protect wire. If you want a constant fire hazard in your vehicle this is the place to go. Message me if you would like pictures of the shady jobs these guys do at this shop. It cost me 415 in repairs. Brad went above and beyond with making sure he understood what I wanted with my Street Glide build. They installed it today and it sounds amazing. The installer took his time and tuned everything in right. They have definitely earned my repeat business.
