I have done a lot of business with this company including stereo install, alarm install, and backup camera install. At first, I was delighted with the courtesy of the staff and the quality of the work. Then the issues began. The camera would cut in and out, the stereo loses volume, and the alarm goes off when it so much as rains. I have brought the vehicle back numerous times and they cannot fix the issues. Fantastic experience. Had my 2024 Ford Bronco Raptor audio system done. Previously another shop ruined the original installation and these guys did amazing and re-wiring everything and upgrading my system. James and Jack were great! These guys are audio engineers who know their craft very well!
I have family that has used Tint World on East Colonial Dr for years. This was my first experience with them and they are amazing! They were very professional and my vehicle was finished earlier than expected. There a part that didn’t need to be replaced as expected so it cost me less money also! They are legit!!!
Jack Mistry is an excellent customer service and sales representative for this group. He actually was apart of the former store that was here before Tint World, he was brought back by request of the loyal customers who missed him. Excellent service today and great work with the car.
