They called me and after them I contacted the bank for the loan I bought the car, everything was easy with their help, I am super happy with my mini cooper
The dealer did not contact me, I called them. Set appointment for 10am. At 10:25am someone showed up and said the car was at another lot. 10:45am someone showed up at that lot. Had to move cars for 20 more minutes to get at car. Tire was flat and need to be filled. Also battery was dead and needed to be jumped. Car was not detailed and exterior had rust that was not shown in the pictures. Overall, I would be very hesitant to buy any car from this dealer.
Called the dealer and there wasn't an answer. Took a drive over and they weren't open. Walked the lot to at least get a look at the car to see if it was a prospect. The car wasn't on the lot. Not the end of the world but a poor experience.
