we bought a car from them they lied about the price they told me one price then they charged another the car has issues they won't fix we told them to cancel loan called financial institution they're being investigated now

Mrs. Harrell I attempted to explain to Mr. Harrell this morning how interest works and that it isn't the price of the car. I also tried to explain that your powertrain warranty won't cover key fobs and blower motors. I am sorry you are unhappy, but making up malicious rumors like these are just plain wrong. do not deal with these people. very dishonest and will only stand behind the cars they sell until you have signed all paperwork. after that you are on your own.
They absolutely do not care about you or their employees. you might get a car with bad credit - but when it breaks down you'll have nothing and continue to have a car payment. Be prepared. They're crooks who threaten to kill their employees and leave people with nothing.
I worked for car solutions for a few weeks. they praised me on my work talked about sending me to differnt schools until there service department an payroll guy over payed me I agreed to pay back when I told them i would leave after paying them back they became violent an refused to let me get my tools. bad people who will literally screw you over employee or customers

I highly recommend them!! They have a huge selection of cars. Everyone was so friendly and cooperative. They got me into a nice 2015 Ford Focus! I highly recommend Aaron. She made everything so easy for me. :)
