I would give Car Shine Auto Sales 0 stars if I could I purchased a 2011 white Buick Regal in April 2024, and it has been one of the worst vehicle purchases I've ever made. Within the first month, the tow link broke while I was driving, and I nearly lost control of the car. After that, the problems kept piling up. Words cannot describe how I’m feeling at this point bought a 2014 Ford escape on February 17 of this year with no warranty and it’s been nothing but a pain in my ass so today I was told that I need to replaced the cylinder heads which are approximately $5000 or the engine which is approximately $8000 more than the vehicle costed me! Shady! That’s why he cannot give you the Carfax . Three years later after spending approximately $3000 since purchased The engine cradle rotted out!

After purchasing a car 9 months later the car gave out. I had problems with it from the beginning and tried to over look it. From the ac never working, transmission needed to be resealed, other repairs that cost me over $2,000. I reached back out and they helped me once but after multiple problems kept occurring they stopped answering the phone. The suv didn't even last me an entire year before I went to a dealership to take it in and they told me that the car had long term damages and I needed to get out of it asap.
