They responded quickly. However, I scheduled for a test drive. Couple of days before my test drive, the car was no longer available, and they didn't even bother to let me know.

Chudi actually scheduled his test drive 2 weeks in advance. We did sell the vehicle 1 week before his appointment so that gave us time to find a similar vehicle. It is unfortunate when these things happen and someone is usually unhappy however there was never a deposit placed on the vehicle therefore we couldn't tell the next customer that it was unavailable. Steve and his family are great folks. Immediately called me back after my CarGuru enquiry to let me know that the one I wanted was already sold, but that another was on its way to them the next week. By then, we'd already bought a car, but I would put this dealer at the top of my list for next time!
Overall great experience, no hassling. Free to look around. Cars kept inside so nice and clean on outside and inside. Owner and wife pleasant. No issues, easiest process every.
I would like start out saying my experience was good with no pressure to buy. I looked and test drove too trucks. Both truck seemed to be mechanically sound. The only reason I gave a 3 star rating is because when I asked the salesman if the truck was a northern vehicle He was reluctant to tell me the turth. He stumbled around with his words until I reached down under the first truck and pulled a handful of rust from the frame. Not a lot but enough to let me know it was a northern vehicle. I not stupid. Wonderful dealership to work with - Steve and Michael were very professional! This is a unique dealership for the fact that it is an indoor facility and the quality of vehicles that they had available. We were greeted at the door with water, walked to our car, and it was pulled out for us to inspect.
