Extremely terrible customer service. Salesperson "***********************" claimed that when I reserve a car from their dealership, they will only deal with me until I give them a Yes or No to the call I am interested in. Well, they barely gave me a day and expect me to give them a response. First of all, I haven't had the time to look at my phone and I haven't had the opportunity to go in to see the actual car itself. I had the pleasure of arranging the purchase of a used 2018 ******* Tuscon for my mother who was recently in a serious car accident. I don't usually leave reviews but I'm so glad ************ Huntington Beach is the closest one to me and honestly even if it wasn't I'd drive any distance to take my car to THEM and nobody else, they go above and beyond. Their finance manager is a liar!We wanted to sell our lease back to them, but they said that they couldn't. KIA ******* owns the car, and all they could do is waive our last payment and turn-in fee. The only way they could purchase the car was to bid on it at auction. Honestly I didn't even want to give it a star that's how upsetting, frustrating, and misleading my experience was at *** in Huntington Beach. I came to *** to fix my breaks, my door and replace my tail light. I signed the form after ***************** got my VIn number and mileage information (there was no price listed when I signed). These guys are so shady. I bought a car through Fair, and they realized they hadn't made ENOUGH money, so they concocted a story about there being a technical issue, and said I couldn't do the deal. I told them it was for my wife's birthday, that I had concocted an excuse to get out of the house leaving her with our 3 kids, so I could pick up her surprise birthday present, without her knowing about it. Now I'm on my second hour here waiting as Fair calls them, to call them on their ********. Don't trust these guys.

Went there yesterday to shop for a car for my mother in law that is reliable, fun and affordable. Spoke to Serbie (Serbando V*****), who was more than helpful, patient, thorough and helped me out right away. We picked the perfect car, negotiated a very fair price for both of us and signed paperwork within 2 hours.
