Cancelled on me at the last minute twice! Only reason I agreed to a new appointment was because I had a groupon and I didn't want to go through the hassle of trying to get my money back. When I finally did get the car interior cleaned they did such a poor job that I will never go back even if it was free. I get a better job done at this place I go to for a quickie interior clean for $10 but thought it was time for a good deep cleaning which didn't happen. I made an appointment in July for October 4 because that was the soonest they could fit me in. I called a week before the scheduled appointment to ask some questions because it's my first time getting my car detailed. No reply. I called on October 2 to confirm my appointment. No reply. On the night before my scheduled appointment I get a text that says they're overbooked and need to reschedule. They say they will call me on Wednesday October 4 to reschedule. It's now October 15. I'm not someone who leaves reviews, but this place is the WORST! Scheduled 2 appointments MONTHS in advance only to receive a text the night before saying they were unable to work on my car due to short staff. No idea how this business is up and running. Spend a few more $$ and get the job done right and in a timely matter.
Made an appointment 3 months in advance. A night before the date, they called and cancelled it. I lost wage from my job as I had taken time off from work to get my car detailed. They don't call back, answer phones or check emails. They are here just to make money. They do not know the meaning of customer service. Would not recommend to anyone. There are many options, just have to explore. Too bad, I could not give them half a star.
Don't go here unless you have a high end vehicle and are NOT using a Groupon or they will do a crap job. Read Yelp reviews. Not the first to complain about the same?
Manual, our detailer, was just fantastic! Both our cars were detailed by Manual and they turned out beautifuly! Highly satisfied!
Happy client here. Granted I had to make my appointment more than a month in advance it was worth it.
Cleaned my car but somehow managed to break my radio..... Not sure how the radio even needed to be touched in order to clean the car, but here we are with a non functional radio.
