TRASH!!! Been trying to get in and NOBODY ANSWERS!! I’m a business owner myself and this is a complete mess, I have to call my bank in order to get my refund because it’s impossible to even get an appointment. I don’t even know how they are still in business with the amount of unprofessionalism.
worst customer service. There's an obvious reason why they're not 5 stars. Don't bother with the groupon, you'll never get an appointment. They tell you to call them an leave message, and allow 48hrs for a call back...well, I am at over 2 weeks & 2 messages later and no callback. Thank God I was able to cancel the "deal" for a full refund. If you cannot respond to customers then your service means nothing!!
Fell into the Groupon trap. “Extended my Groupon” meaning they marked it redeemed even when though it was not so I have no recourse with Groupon. Canceled on me and never rescheduled. Non responsive. Deplorable.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! I had an appointment. Dropped my car off. Used a Groupon, of which they redeemed before even completing the detailing. Went to pick up my car, after trying to get a hold of them for hours. When I got there to pick up my car, it was not done. Needless to say, I was not happy. They gave me my keys and told me to get my money back from Groupon. Well, they already redeemed it. This company should not be in business!!
They’re usually very busy and may even cancel on you but the work they do and customer service more than makes up for it
Answer your phone. Also, what's the point of having a contact form on the website if you guys never actually respond to it?
I got my car detailed and I couldn't believe how great my car turned out. The service was unbelievable, I will most definitely be back soon.
