Worst customer service. I really needed a car and they told me they’ll fix my car. But now since I work a minimum wage job to pay off my loan for this car, it’s not even fixed. I always call Martin, from CarPlanet, to see if I could finally drop off my car to get fixed. I try to be nice and patient, but my schedule could barely work around his because I go to school & work.
