The dealer posted the car as BMW X5 xdrive35i but the car was actually sDrive35i. That was misleading. I found out the difference after buying the car. This is so bad because the difference of two trims can be up to $3000.

I sent several messages through the site and never got a response for a couple days. I finally had to call to get in touch with someone. Ali took my call. He was helpful the first day. He test drove the car for me and checked out some of the details. Since I was driving from a pretty far location, I wanted to make sure the car was in good condition. Initially contacted this dealership in regards to this vehicle. But i went with another vehicle they had on the lot. Staff is super professional and informative. Both salesmen where extremely a joy to work with.
