Terrible. Never again. First car transmission was going on, very unsafe. Went back! Got conned into another vehicle that thought was an upgrade but no, it's worse. We've been to the shop 4 times and everytime was over $100 and they refuse to accept the receipts for that months bill. I'm paying $17,000 for 2010 and the first car (2015) . No idea how this is legal. Both vehicles very unsafe and dangerous.

The vehicle Ms. ****** is refereeing too is a vehicle she' has owned for 1 1/2 years and is no longer under warranty. Our cars last if you do the required, basic maintenance. COIL PACKS, TIMNG BELTS, and BRAKES ARE CONSIDERED BASIC maintenance! AUTO MAX FINANCIAL SERVICES HAS ALSO GIVEN MS. ******* MANY GOODWILL PAYMENT CREDITS FOR HER BASIC MAINTENCE WHICH IS OUTSIDE OF THE WARRANTY! SHE IS STILL NOT HAPPY! I WISH I COULD PLEASE EVERYONE BUT SOEMTIMES ITS IMPOSSIBLE!
