Seem nice while you are signing for vehicle, but are wolves in sheets clothing. Do your homework before you sign for anything. Alot of extra hidden costs. I signed got sacked into a finance deal that has been milking me for more money than I thought? When I have tried to contact dealership on several occasions to discuss my package, they said they would have someone contact me back, but never did. Do not go by price on windshield, they will charge you more. Crooks
I recently dealt with Michael Mercadante at Car Nation Canada Direct. I received absolutely excellent, top tier service. He was professional, helpful and made the entire process seamless. If you are looking for a vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Michael Mercadante directly. He went above and beyond by replacing the the calipers and taking care of other little issues.
The staff is straightforward. While many dealers tried to lower the price, CarNation's staff recognized the pristine condition of my car and respected the price I had in mind for my pre-owned vehicle. Definitely a great place to look if you are buying or selling.
