My wife and I had a great experience here purchasing a 2020 Hyundai Tucson. Michael was great and pointed us immediately to the vehicle we were looking for. No pressure and a good experience. The topper was we discovered after purchase that one of the stereo speakers was blown and they covered that, though they didn't have to, with no issues at all. Loving this new to us SUV
The whole selling experience with Car Nation Burlington was very pleasant and smooth. The sales manager Sunil was very helpful and professional. I dropped off my car, he gave a quick check, took few pictures, and that was it, done, I got my check. The quote I got from them was Higher than the others dealerships. Another happy customer.
We looked at a car at this dealership last week. It was in pristine condition and it drove wonderfully. However, we noticed a lot of wear on the existing tires, but they were still fine. We worked with Domenica Cappela to purchase this car, who was wonderful, and made an agreement to purchase. We picked the car up the following week. It was great and drove it home. went in today to look at a car, i dont think i want to proceed buying one here. malina made us feel like criminals for wanting to drive a polestar 2 or mach-e. she kept saying due to theft in the area they no longer provide a test drive until a deal is getting firmed up. I have never had an issue test driving a car i was interested in my life. she could have come with us or figured it out but i guess my business isnt wanted
Would never do business with, poor business practices and not to be trusted. Highly recommend giving your business elsewhere.
