I bought a used car from this dealer, and it turned out to be a huge mistake. The car had multiple hidden issues that were never mentioned during the sale. Within a week, I had to spend a lot on repairs. When I tried contacting them, they completely ignored my calls and messages. Very unprofessional and dishonest — I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
We purchased a car from them last week. Melina was amazing from start to finish. She was most respectful to my 81 year old parents that purchased the car. It was a very relaxed no pressure atmosphere. We would 100% recommend Car Nation to anyone needing to buy a vehicle. We had a horrible experience at the Honda dealership in Hamilton and Melina completely erased that with all her kindness and compassion. If we ever need another vehicle, we will definitely come back
