I was told by Juan and Wes that i was 100% approved for the car i was looking at a few day later i was told that the bank would not make a loan on the make of the car i was looking at and that i had to pick from 3 different cars i got out there and i was told there was only 2 cars and i also was told i would know the next day i called the next day and i was the Wes was in a meeting so i could not talk to him and that he would call me back and i waited 3 hours and no call back i called again i was told that he was in a meetin... read more

They suck. They leave you hanging for days and take forever and a day to get back to you. They never have answers and pass the buck back and forth. If you are looking to get into a vehicle in the same day don’t go to these folks. They’ll tell you you’re approved 100% then come up with stories that the bank can’t approve you. How can they guarantee your approval after running your credit but then take it back by saying the bank said no? Car nation is a joke they can't show you cars that you can get into and the sales man duane makes excuses for everything. A week and a half to get turned down on 2 not 1 but 2 vehicle's (outlander,sportage). The only person worth working with was Mike. We also went somewhere else and got the same outlander a year newer with 40,000 miles less for $5000 less.
