Very rude! Have been having problems with my car shutting down while driving and decided I wanted to try to trade it in at a different dealership. Called to see if I could modify my account so I could have money to use down on a different car with the trade in, without my credit getting hit. The lady I spoke to had a hateful attitude saying "just go trade your car in, modifications are for hardships, we'll get paid either way."
