Bought a Toyota tundra for work and it broke down in three days and I haven't driven it since, Car - Mart refuses to fix it, refuses to talk to me about it, refuses to trade for something that works, and refuses to give it back. called corporate twice and they have yet to call me back about anything. but they fully expect me to pay for it, when I need to to make money to pay for it. it dosent matter who you choose, just dont choose car-mart

My daughter bought a vehicle from them. It had to go in the shop right after she got it. They have had it 3 weeks and can not tell her when she will get it back. They sale junk. They people are worthless and know nothing. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH YHEM!
I’ve had my car with this location less than a month, it has been the worst car buying experience ever, within ten days of having it I went to get an oil change just to make sure it was up to date on service, it had an oil leak, took it to them they claimed to have fixed it, got home noticed it was still leaking took it back to them, I picked it back up and the 3rd time I pull off the lot and down the road and notice smoke coming from the engine!!! Buyers Beware! This establishment sold a 2015 Chevy Sonic to someone close to me with the understanding it had been inspected and was in good working order. It has been less than a month and the car has been taken back to them multiple times with A/C problems before the first 10 days of driving it off the lot!
