Do not let Carmart change your Oil!!! Whoever changed my oil up there last time, Rounded the bolt head off on Oil pan!!! I called to talk with Service manager (in which they have a NEW one)... & he told me it's not there problem basically. They inspected it BEFORE I got the D#@& thing... it IS THERE responsibility! Joplin personnel are rude they are not helpful. Go to Carthage they treat you with respect.
Not sure how they truck we bought passed they're "inspection" with no brake pads left on the front or the oil being almost empty or there being a nail in the tire. That's only 1 of the problems we've had with them and this issue has already been reported to the Missouri Highway Patrol so they can review inspection practices here. Next problem, we were told the whole front end had just been redone. I think what they meant to say was, the whole front end NEEDS redone. They suck worst place to buy went to fletcher with my business
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! they will sell you a broken car!!!! They have the worst customer service and they do not care about trying to make anything right! They are all about the money!
After seeing all the reviews on facebook and online i think i may take my business else where. But i will go in a talk at least... But then again i was told that the down is 199 awhile back and now i see the labor day special is 299++ that already has made me worried..
