This place is god awful. Stay away! We were in a place where we didn't qualify for a regular car loan so we felt like this was our best option at the time. Get a few days behind and Shannon is calling 5 to 6 times a day, calling your references and some weirdo will come to your house and try to get your kids to open the door for him. I implore you no matter your financial situation, look elsewhere or save up and go to a real car lot. Not these clowns.

I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND Car Mart at all. DO NOT SHOP HERE!! First off June of 2017 my husband and I purchased a 2012 grey Ford Focus from Car Mart. Day 4 of owning it. It completely killed while driving it in interstate and Car Mart has to tow the car in and bring my family home. They “claimed” it was the alternator. Well that wasn’t the problem. I got a car from here over a month ago yet have I had it even a full week because it’s bouncing from shop to shop and I have a 2 year old and no other car and they keep telling me oh we will have someone get a hold of you and no one does. I want out of this and they won’t let me and still have to pay for a car I can’t even fucking drive right after I got it’s been in shops because it dies on me and supposedly no one can figure out why this is happening. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone . Steer clear of this place . They have a few good people working there. They trespass on your property when they feel like it They continually call you and hound your job and friends This is even after I gave them the car back! Absolutely Horrible lady there! They act like they own you ...not your car but you! Last I checked I am not owned by these Monkeys!!!!
