review I was extremely pleased with all aspects of my Car Line Auto experience. From selling my car to purchasing a new one. The young man that helped me Jimmy was considerate and knowledgeable. Joey who did the final paperwork was experienced in his job and we were finished in record time.
James and Staff gave me the deal of a lifetime I have owned many cars in the past 9 years of my experience driving, I have had been to many dealerships previous to coming to Car Line Auto, The sales man Jed was very resourceful and had my best interest in mind, I came in for a 2008 Honda Accord and Jed showed me the car and it was a great overall deal but what happened after showing me this Accord which I had plan to purchase, was such an amazing gesture. Great Experience In all my years of car shopping I've never had an experience like the one I had at CarLine! I had Jed fulfill all my needs and he helped me get a great deal on my new 2009 335 BMW. I would definitely recommend him and this dealership to everyone looking for a new vehicle.
Upset Customer Please dont trust what you are told while purchasing a car. Check the car very well and state legal requirements before you purchase. Hope your experience is not as horrible as mines. poor customer service Inquired about a Denali they had on their webpage at beginning of August, asked if it had any issues was told nothing wrong with it. I submitted my credit app and waited over a month to find out their system lost everything. Then I tried emailing my credit since I lived over 2hrs away, finally get some response only to get yea its approved but each person I spoke with gave me a different down pymt requirement. GREAT COMPANY This company is the BEST, I just stopped by to look at cars. The saleman MAXWELL came to me and from the time we talked he was the most straight forward guy I have ever met. Not only I was shocked but I left with a new car and a BIG SMILE on my face. Everyone treat you so good and there and they make sure it is something that you can afford. But after all of this they still was able to lower my payments for me. From the salesman(Maxwell) to the Finance Manager (Phanh) THEY ARE THE BEST.
Terrible service! For the past week I have been trying to work with the financial manager (Pan) on getting a car I really want. I was approved with a down payment. Had a few extra loops to go through and communication has been non-existent. Everyday I have called I was told I would receive a call back and have not been called back once.
