Worst Service Ever This is the worst shop i have ever been to in my life, they are liers, slow workers and will hold your car hostage for as long as they can milk your Inshurance company. Stay away from this place, i should of read the reviews other prople left before me, i would of saved all the stress and headache i got from dealing with Crap Kraft.
A Great Body Shop Great experience. I went to them because my insurance, Geico, recommended them (Geico has so much confidence in them that they guaranteed their work if I went to them). They not only returned my car in wonderful condition with all repairs done as promised, but were courteous and professional throughout. The owner and manager were both accessible, and seemed to care greatly about my experience as a customer. I recommend them highly.
