Worst Service Ever This is the worst shop i have ever been to in my life, they are liers, slow workers and will hold your car hostage for as long as they can milk your Inshurance company. Stay away from this place, i should of read the reviews other prople left before me, i would of saved all the stress and headache i got from dealing with Crap Kraft.
Car Kraft needs to go out of business! These guys are criminal. They claimed to have replaced my trunk lid after a small accident and charged me ($800 + $320 for labor) for a new trunk lid, but careful observation shows it was just repaired (and poorly at it since I noticed the repair). DO NOT GO TO THESE GUYS! I am currently filing a re-claim with insurance company.

They have done everything just perfectly, from repairing my car, to making me comfortable while I wait, and guaranteeing everything they do. I hope I don't ever need to bring my car back, but if I ever need body work done in the future they have my loyalty

GARBAGE AUTO BODY SHOP Car Kraft Auto Body is definatley the worst body shop in New Jersey. The owner and manager are lairs and theifs and the work is horrible. The shop manager is a friggin' wrinkled up old arrogant moron and he is by far the stupidist S.O.B I ever seen. They don't do exactly what they say they will do to your car. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP I CAN'T STRESS THIS ENOUGH.

Based on BBB files, Car Kraft business has a BBB Rating of A+ on a scale from A+ to F, with zero complaints over the last 36months. As a customer of Car Kraft for the last 30years, and reccommended all my friends and their friends throughout that time, I've yet to hear bad comment!!! Sounds to me like a witch hunt.
