Before I even made the trip I had to make several calls because they would not call me back with more information. Then I drove 4 hours to look at a Lexus that was completely repainted, cracked mirror covers and more cosmetic flaws inside and out. The salesman and manager were fairly polite and offered to match a lower price for the car if I could find a better deal, I showed them 2 cars that were a better deal and they still would not come off the price and would not match the prices I found.
