The response was the store hours. I knew that, I wanted to talk with someone and get more information before I drove 45 min to see it.
These guys are great! If you are in the used car market you need to call these guys today.
Contacted the sales rep. by e-mail and received a reply within an hour. We drove down to the location and were assisted by several salesmen eventhough this was one of their busiest days of the week.
