Service Advisor met us upon arrival. Mentioned what needed to be done. Was very professional, customer service oriented and friendly. Kept us informed of progress as service was being done.
I personally thought the price of repairs were very good & competitive. What I really liked and appreciated was the detail they provided in their initial diagnostic report with images to show along with written findings & recommendations giving you a very comprehensive overview.
My son I and take our cars to Car Geeks because they evaluate your vehicle, give you a list of issues they find with the associated repair cost, prioritizes the repairs, then allows you authorize the repairs you need/want done, all through their fantastic app! They also supply photos and narrative descriptions of the repairs done. Their service is fast and the staff is very friendly. Their transparency engenders trust in their services. Won't take our cars anywhere else! Highly recommend Car Geeks!
