I never got any feedback on the particular car I was interested in but rather a questioarre and request to review available cars
Inquired about a car they advertised, got a quick response from Angela, no problem setting up an appointment to see and drive it, but I found another vehicle I really liked so I canceled the appointment. Still got a nice response from Angela, would have definitely done business with them if I still needed a car!!
not only did they contact me, but followed up to see if i found a truck yet. happy and friendly ready to help.

I sent an email asking whether a specific vehicle was still available and received a timely response stating that it was. After waiting a few days I then called to again verify availability before visiting the dealership and was told that the vehicle had been sold in the interim. However, after being told it was not available the representative did not ask any follow up questions or ask how they could assist in my search.

I made a recent inquiry about a BMW, and Rich from the dealer contacted me the same day. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained in detail the features of the car and the buying process. I went ahead and made an appointment for a test drive. Once at the dealership, the overall service was great. Anthony and Omar were also very professional and helpful. My experience there was wonderful!
Terrible experience , the salesperson Dion had a really bad attitude when ever I was not in agreement with him. He was intimidating at times and was overall pushy and dishonest. This dealership has really nice selection of cars but unfortunately this particular sales person is a poor representation for this company.
