Carlos and Denio were wonderful to work with. Carlos cares about his customers and ensures that all of their needs are met in a timely manner. If there is an issue he is committed to solving it to the satisfaction of his customer. Denio ensures that all of the paperwork is in place. Everyone at Car Factory Direct are very nice. The minute you walk in you have one or two individuals ready to tend to your need. The cars are well maintained. Check them out. You will not be sorry.

Very professional
Not the best. Salesman terrific but battery died when placing gasoline in car for test ride as there was no gas in tank. I don’t think the car was looked after for months. Was driven back to dealership so as to not be late for local business appointment. That was appreciated
They called back and were very polite.
