I placed a call inquiring about a car one morning and by that night, unbelievably, the man I talked to was calling my home after 8:00 p.m. to chastise me for not coming in to look at it! He claimed he waited there on his "day off," in spite of the fact that he was the one I spoke to when I called the business, so . . . how was that his day off?? This is definitely a one sided review of the story in fact the salesman was off that day and customer scheduled a test drive and assured she would be there. When she missed her appointment the Salesman followed up to make sure she was still coming Customer purchased a vehicle at another location and chose to be rude and ignored calls despite Salesman going above and beyond on his day off to show the car. Salesman at all times acted professional and just wanted the same honesty and treatment from the Customer. It is beautiful... read more
