I only rate this dealer as a 1, because there are no options for negative stars This dealer knowingly sold a defective car also in need of tires. When the deficits of the vehicle were pointed out, they claimed no knowledge. When our personal mechanic, with 40 years experience, told them what was wrong with the car, they had their own mechanic "look" at the car.
