The other day I went to Car City to look at a Kia Soul, sadly the one I was going to look at was a manual. We were about to leave when Muhammad Ali came outside to help us out! They had just gotten another Kia Soul, but it was being detailed! Our sales man Mohammad Ali provided excellent service with no pressure. He was respectful and polite. He went out of his way to help me receive a new vehicle and if he can't get you a vehicle you probably shouldn't have one.
I just bought a car from Car City. It was a great experience. I went in at 5:15 and drove away with my new car less than two hours later. Gregg took me around and I saw all possible options. After shopping at numerous dealerships. I was pleasantly suprised by the service i got from Ali at car city west. He helped me find a great ride for a great price. Ali's a man of his word. Had an issue with reverse camera and they fixed it at their expense. I would recommend going to car city west Ali will take care of you the right way.
