I bought my Silverado from Tom Ellis in Calabash which was already an amazing experience in itself. I called Tom when my vehicle wouldn't start as it is still under warranty. He called Tiffany in the Conway service department who had my vehicle towed from my job in less than an hour. I had the immense pleasure of going to Car City today and meet the manager Tiffany. She is the epitome of good southern hospitality and gracious customer service! She answered all our questions with a smile and she even called her competitors to ensure that we had our U-Haul! I highly recommend this business and Tiffany in particular!
Steve was absolutely amazing, I was having a challenging time getting approve else where, was referred to car city and thank God for Steve, the process was super easy.
