I had the best experience at Car City. I had been disappoint from car dealerships in the past, I hate how competetive salemen at other dealerships can be, and how they'll say anything to get you to spend your money. It was not like that at Car City. The whole team was cooperative and worked together to get me, not just in a car, but in the car that I wanted! Now I'm ridin' around town in style! I just recently lost my truck to the bank. John was very honest to me and told me up front that what I was looking for was going to be the payment that I didnt want. He was right. I settled on a gas saver and bought an 03 chevy venture. Took it for a test drive and was sold. Aaron and Steve are also great people. For me, “the third trip was the charm.” On Wednesday (Aug. 17) I bought a car for my wife. The car was the first one we looked at after looking at more than a dozen vehicles. Everyone in the dealership worked like a well oiled team to get us out the door with the keys in hand. Wow! That everybody is very nice. Its a very good place to go get a car. Because when they say that they are going to put you in car they will.I love my car that I got there. Also i would tell my friend ill take you. And I dont like to drive Lansing.
I was stuck with a car that was a money pit! The Guys at Lansing Car City helped me get a great car that was extremely clean, low miles and most importantly was safe. I no longer feel unsafe while driving and am so thankful for Jim, Steve, and Aaron's help.
Everyone there was very nice. I came to look at vehicles and I left with one, no hassle they did all the work! Great customer service!! Something you don't find anymore.
