my experience at car city was an execting ,adventure,filled with challenges,i will not forget. good challenges mind you, fun adventure, i choose a car though i liked it,took it home, brought it back the next day ,swaped it out for the one i really wanted ,NO PROBLEM they said. I initialy found out I had to pay over high retail for my Jeep ($2,000.00). Later after selling me te extended warranty, I was informed that each time I brought it in would cost me $100 deductible (it was never mentioned unitl contract signing). Before I ever made it off the freeway my first trouble light came on, among a couple other problems, (transmission problem became evident after the weekend) I was dissapointed. Carcity was a very great place to do business with. I dont have the bst credit and really needed a new car. THey did everything promptly and quick. I spent more time looking and deciding then I did with paperwork which is great . I would recommend them to anybody looking for a used car . Best experience I have had at a car dealership ever.
The service I received from the time I walked into the center, to the time I departed, with my van was fantastic. The agents at the center was polite and very helpful, they made me feel at ease. My daughter bought her SUV from here and she recommended me, I am glad she did.

After spending a few months searching car lots that claim to "help" people with troubled credit and not being impressed with the cars they had to offer, I had almost given up. After trying multiple dealerships in my area that said Guaranteed financing, i had no luck. So a friend of mine told me about CAR CITY of Lansing!! Wish I would have started there first!!
