My son is 17 and has been treated by Dr. Halbert Capuy since he was born. All through the years Dr. Capuy has always remembered our names and other details (ie. where I work, my Mom and etc.). There were times we were gone for a year or longer but he always remembered. He is very personable and has a great bedside manner. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Yes, they are known for being good at what they do

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. The office was easy enough to find. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.

Is this provider's business conveniently located? Sort of, but its pretty far away from everything Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Yes, they are known for being good at what they do

Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in! Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!
